Craibstone Campus in Scotland’s North East is set in 800 acres of glorious woodlands, providing a quiet and relaxing base where you can unwind by exploring the secluded grounds and enjoying the woodland walks and wildlife-watching.

5 minutes from Aberdeen Airport and 5 miles from Aberdeen city centre, Craibstone allows easy access to the Granite City with its cultural, sporting, leisure and shopping amenities as well as Aberdeen beach (with its amusement park for family entertainment).

The North East:

Craibstone is well placed for touring much of the North East of Scotland.  Within an hour’s drive are:  Fyvie Castle, Haddo House, Pitmedden Gardens, Glengarioch Distillery, Grampian Transport Museum, Royal Deeside, Crathes Castle and Gardens, Castle Fraser, Dean’s Shortbread Visitor Centre, Huntly Castle, Falconry Centre, Aberdeen Maritime Museum, Archaeolink Prehistoric Park, Whisky, Castle, coastal trails.  And there are golf courses galore!

Accommodation:  Available from 23 March to 12 April 2009 and also 6 July to 25 September 2009.  Check in time is between 2.00pm-5.00pm.  Times outside this period may be acceptable with prior arrangement.  Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure.  

Our accommodation is self catering.  However, a Kellogg's boxed breakfast (containing Kellogg's cornflakes kell bowl, 125ml semi-skimmed long life milk, yogurt cake bar, Nutri Grain Oatie biscuit, 250ml pure fruit smoothie, soft dried apricots, sugar, spoon, serviette & towelette) can be provided on request.  Alternatively, you can purchase hot bacon, sausage or egg rolls from SnAC, our cafe/shop, located in Ferguson Building.  SnAC opens at 8.30am - Monday-Friday only.  Accommodation for individuals and families.  Ample parking space.  Pets welcome - dogs enjoy our woodlands.

Sutton Hall

60 rooms, all en-suite (with shower) are good sized single rooms, but we can provide up to 15 twins.  All rooms have television, tea/coffee making facilities, desk, wardrobe, shelf space and internet access.  The accommodation is over 3 floors and there is a lift.  3 ground floor rooms are wheelchair accessible.  There is one large kitchen/dining area for every 10 bedrooms.  Laundry facilities are available (washers/driers/irons/ironing boards).

Hunter Hall

16 standard single rooms with wash-hand basin.  All rooms have television, tea/coffee making facilities, desk, wardrobe, shelf space and WI-FI access.  The accommodation is on 2 floors; there is no lift.  There are 2 large kitchens/dining areas on the upper floor, each serving 8 bedrooms.  Laundry facilities are also available (washers/drier/iron/iron board).

Linen and towels are provided for self-catering and serviced options.

Groups:  Groups are welcome on a bed & breakfast or half-board (continental or full Scottish breakfast and 3-course dinner, with coffee) or a self-catering basis.  Get-together rooms provided and Bar opened on request.  Scottish entertainment can be arranged.  Please ask us for information and prices.

Conferences:  We welcome meetings and conferences for up to 200.  Ask us for details.
