Cross-Party Group in the Scottish Parliament on Rural Policy
The Rural Policy Centre is providing the Secretariat for the Cross-Party Group in the Scottish Parliament on Rural Policy.
The purpose of the Cross-Party Group is to inform MSPs and the wider Scottish Parliament about issues relating to rural policies and policy-making in Scotland. The Group meets four times a year, and meetings are held in the Scottish Parliament. The dates of future meetings are:
- Wednesday 7th December, 6-7.30pm: Rural Broadband
- Wednesday 7th March, 6-7.30pm: Low carbon rural economy
- Wednesday 6th June, 6-7.30pm: Rural-urban linkages and the role of small towns
