RuBIES Seminar - Oulu - Finland
This seminar focused on the core question of the RuBIES project: what are the possibilities for more effective delivery of external information to rural SMEs in remote areas to enhance their business decisions? Focus was on Northern Europe but other pertinent international examples were included.
