Our work aims to translate research into benefits for animal health, the rural economy and environment.
The work that we do is often reported in scientific publications. During 2007 we published 31 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals, and produced many more presentations for scientific conferences.

Epidemiology, Population Health & Infectious Disease Control (EPIC)
This initiative links six partners, including epidemiologists of international reputation from Edinburgh and Glasgow Universities to complement the core research skills and facilities of the RERAD (formerly SEERAD) sponsored Main Research Providers (MRPs) of: Biomathematics & Statistics Scotland, Macaulay Land Use Research Institute (MLURI), Moredun Research Institute and SAC.
