Our Standards Of Service
We endeavour to achieve a high level of service at all times and SAC Research is certified to the ISO9001:2008 quality management standard. If, however, you have any concerns or complaints about research and development at SAC, please follow the procedures outlined below.
We will always do our best to deal with your concerns promptly and through a person who is familiar with the service that has been provided for you.
If you have a concern you should first discuss it with the Project Manager for your particular project.
If you wish to take the matter further or speak to someone else, please contact the SAC Research Manager. He will deal with your concern or put you in contact with someone who can help you.
