New on the Communications Team

Following the recent appointment of our new Web Editor there is another new face in the Communications team. Jane Smernicki (pron. Smernitski) is an experienced journalist who has worked in the University, charity and housing sectors.

Much of Jane’s’ time will be taken up in the Research Division and the work of the SAC Rural Policy Centre. Jane will also play a key role in delivering our KE projects with public audiences.

However for someone with Jane’s talents there will be plenty of other areas of work for her to get involved with. In the next few weeks she hopes to meet or speak to as many staff as possible, using the SAC conference, the KB Barbeque and a range of other opportunities to make contact. Please don’t hesitate to make yourself known to Jane or Web Editor Lindsay Inglis.
