Auchincruive Fun Run Approaching
Graham Obree with former 'fun runners' (opens in new window)
The Auchincruive Fun Run in aid of the Hansel Foundation is fast approaching. It takes place on Sunday 7th March and entry forms for the 5k and 10k runs can be obtained at the Education Office or from the Hansel Foundation.
There will be lots going on, with the Ayr Pipe Band playing, a guest appearance from the “Flying Scot” Graeme Obree. For the under-12s ( and their accompanying adult) there will be a Nature Trail and an Easter Egg Hunt. The Refectory and the Farmers' Market will also be open for business.
The 5k race starts at 12.30 and the 10k at 12.45, so come along early to support or, better still, volunteer as a marshal, by sending your details to Joy Gladstone.
The organisers are looking forward to hearing from you and seeing you on the day.
