Funding Support For Farming Businesses
Funding in support of training and skills development for farming business in Scotland is now offered through the Scottish Rural Development Plan (SRDP) and Land Management Contracts (LMCs). Such support is normally restricted to business principals and their immediate families and employees.
Assistance in determining how you may best secure and utilise this support may be obtained from your local SAC Advisory Office.
Support may also be available to all individuals earning less than £22,000 through an Individual Learning Account (ILA) - further details can be obtained at www.ilascotland.org.uk
