WASTeS Consultants Course

Course Programme

In the 2005 PEPFAA code paragraphs 4.13 states that: ‘farmers should draw up Manure Management Plan (also known as a Farm Waste Management Plan) and, if necessary, seek professional advice’. For non-agricultural wastes, paragraph 5.18 states that: ‘Properly qualified advice should be sought on what application rate is appropriate for each waste material, each soil and each site’. WASTeS aims to meet the training requirements for waste application to land, including contractors, consultants and regulators.

This is a Level 1 course for consultants. Content:
