  • Identify faults and defects and repair or report where applicable
  • Select the cutting head for the relevent operating conditions
  • Fuel selection mixing and filling in a safe manner
  • Operate the brushcutter in a safe manner
  • Plan systematic working operations
  • Use the manufacturer's instruction book and parts list
