For all Degree, HND and HNC courses you will need to apply through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). For more information follow the link on the right of this page.

You can also ask for additional help from your local Britsih Council office.

For SAC Diploma courses you will need to apply directly to SAC and fill in one of SAC's Application Forms. These can be obtained from SAC's Admissions Office.

To assist us in considering your application it is in your interest to complete the form fully.

Remember to include copies of any certificates.

You must also include a reference that should be written by a teacher or someone else who knows you in a learning or working environment. This reference must confirm your stated qualifications and your suitability for the course.

Please provide contact details for your referee(s) as we may need to contact then for further information.

Application Deadlines

Time taken up by Visa applications and correspondence between SAC and other countries means that a longer lead-in time is required to deal with your application.

The deadline for your completed and full application, including all required references is the end of June for a September/October course start date.

Filling in the form

You will need to complete the form as fully as possible. You will need to include:

•  dates and levels of all qualifications achieved
• a personal statement which tells us why you wish to study the course you have applied for overseas.
• a reference that is written by one of your teachers or someone else who knows you in a learning or work environment
