Future Developments at SAC: Going Further
Going Further Consultation (opens in new window)
SAC is working closely with Barony, Elmwood and Oatridge Colleges, Scotland’s land-based colleges, and is in advanced merger discussions which are supported by the Scottish Government.
Merger of the four land-based institutions in Scotland would provide a single educational establishment offering land-based education from national level to postgraduate degree and build upon the subject strengths of each.
Updates on the proposed merger will be available of the SAC website. It is not envisaged that merger discussions will affect SAC’s undergraduate provision for 2013 entry.
