- Financial Records for Small Business: Basic book-keeping skills, including the completion of a monthly cash book and VAT return, calculation of employees’ wages and associated records.
- Human Resource Management: An Introduction: An introduction to Human Resource Management functions and activities.
- Marketing: An Introduction: Basic concepts of marketing and market research and the marketing mix.
- Retail Environment: How retailers react to change and the innovative methods they adopt to maintain their competitive position within the market place.
- Business Management: An Introduction: This module enables you to acquire basic business skills and a basic knowledge of the business world.
- Developing Skills for Personal Effectiveness: Gain important knowledge and skills to help you improve your personal effectiveness.
- Information Technology: This module is designed to enable students to use IT systems and applications effectively.
