Our Policies And Standards Of Service
We endeavour to achieve a high standard of service at all times. If, however, you have any concerns or complaints about education and training courses at SAC, please follow the procedures outlined below.
We will always do our best to deal with your concerns promptly and through a person who is familiar with the service that has been provided for you.
If you are not satisfied with the standard of service you receive you should first discuss your concern with the individual member of staff responsible for your course or the relevant Student Liaison Group; or, if you are a postgraduate student, with your supervisor.
You may seek advice from the student representative body, the Education Office or your Advisor of Studies who will treat matters confidentially if you wish.
If you wish to take the matter further or speak to someone else, please contact the Academic Services Manager. He will deal with your concern or put you in contact with someone who can help you.
