Committee Appointments Procedure
Members of the SAC Board are appointed after a selection process. The Appointments to Remuneration Committee form a Nominations Group to make recommendations. Advertisements are placed for applications. The Appointments and Remuneration Committee makes recommendations to the Chairman and Board about Committee membership.
