Education at SAC is funded by the Scottish Government through an annual commissioning process. SAC submits the following HESA returns: Combined Student Return. Destination of Leavers from Higher Education. Non Credit Bearing Return. Note: HESA returns are normally cited for the academic year prior to the current year.
