Colin is Centre Manager for the Dumfries Disease Surveillance Centre and responsible for the notifiable disease serology laboratory in Dumfries. His interests include the laboratory diagnosis of farm animal disease, with a special interest in dairy herd health and productivity. His research interests include lameness in dairy cattle and causes of enteritis in calves. He is involved with dairy herd health consultancy work.
