Scottish Animal Health & Welfare Conference 2008
Scotland's Animal Health & Welfare Conference 2008 took place at Hilton Dunkeld House Hotel, Dunkeld, 27-28th November 2008.
SAC organised this 2-day meeting to consider the complex issues that agriculture is facing and how best to manage animal health and welfare in a changing world.
The meeting involved delegates considering improvements for animal health by disease control, highlighted conflicts in maintaining welfare-friendly systems and tackled environmental concerns.

These were the questions that were addressed at a major conference on “Scottish Animal Health and Welfare” which was held at the Atholl Palace Hotel, Pitlochry, 29th – 30th November 2006.
