Helping Information Flow Between Organic Producers, Processors and Retailers In Scotland

Project Objective


The objective of the Organic Market Link project is to improve the flow of information on supply and market demand between organic producers, processors and retailers in Scotland.

The project focuses particularly on red meat and grain and an annual survey of all Scottish producers provides a good estimate of projected supply of finished cattle, finished lamb and grain.
