What records must be kept when veterinary medicinal products have been used?
Whenever veterinary medicinal products have been used the following records must be kept:
- The type of product must be recorded clearly (including an indication of the active pharmacological substances involved)
- Diagnosis
- Dosage
- Method of administration
- The duration of the treatment
- Legal withdrawal period
