SAC's Beef and Sheep Select provide specialist advice to the beef and sheep industries.  Farming profitably with less reliance on support payments will require some major changes in production and will involve more integration of all parts of the food chain.  Our specialist Beef and Sheep Select consultants have the combination of specialist knowledge, practical experience, and innovate outlook to provide you with the information and guidance necessary to meet these future challenges and work closely with SAC's Farm Business consultants, Veterinary Services, SAC Research, and SAC Learning to provide integrated advice.

Tight beef and sheep margins are likely to encourage a more joined up approach to supply chains.  SAC specialists have experience of working with processors and retailers through producer groups.  We also have experience in assisting farmers who wish to market direct to their customers.
