SAC has in excess of 12,000 consultancy customers. Each customer has a nominated Client Service Manager and all business and communications are channelled through this route. This way, a relationship can be built between the customer and SAC. The customer can build a clear understanding of the services SAC can provide. The Client Service Manager can build a clear understanding of the customer’s business, including the further education of the family, training requirements of staff etc..
