Jonathan Cowens, Director of Consulting
Jonathan Cowens joined the SAC Board in January, 2010.
Jonathan Cowens joined SAC in 2010 as Director of Consulting, having previously served as Chief Executive of the Home-Grown Cereals Authority in London.
He has had a long association with land-based industries having started his career working for RHM Agriculture. He was a Director of Mardorf Peach, part of ABF, where he gained extensive experience of trading on international commodity markets. He was also the Managing Director of Centaur Grain, one of the largest farmer-owned grain marketing organisations in the UK.
He is a graduate of Reading University where he studied Horticulture.
